Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship Manager to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for:

• Securing sponsorships for events through proactive sales and communication efforts.

• Identifying potential sponsors and developing compelling sponsorship packages.

• Negotiating contracts and managing sponsorship activations.

• Overseeing event management to ensure all sponsorship obligations are met.

• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sponsorship sales and event management.

• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Effective relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
