Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sponsorship Executive, located in Mumbai. The Sponsorship Executive will be responsible for identifying sponsorship opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sponsorship sales for events. Key tasks include collaborating with event planning teams, managing sponsorship accounts, negotiating contracts, preparing presentations, and ensuring sponsor satisfaction in curated Bespoke events.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, for engaging with stakeholders and presenting sponsorship opportunities.
- Proficiency in Account Management and the ability to build and nurture long-term business relationships.
- Experience in Event Management and Event Planning, including understanding sponsorship coordination and event logistics.
- Track record of successful Sales experience, with the ability to meet or exceed sponsorship targets.
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in sponsorship sales or the energy sector is a plus but not mandatory.
