We are a growing creator-led media company managing multiple high-performing digital pages on Instagram & YouTube.
We're looking for a Sponsorship & Business Development Manager who will own brand communication end-to-end and act as the bridge between brands and our internal content team.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Sponsorship Handling
- Connecting with brands, agencies & startups
- Pitching sponsorship & collaboration opportunities
- Discussing deliverables, timelines & pricing
- Handling all brand communication (WhatsApp / Email / Calls)
- Managing brand expectations professionally
- Building long-term relationships with repeat brands
Coordination with Internal Team
- Coordinating with scriptwriters, editors, designers & social media team
- Communicating brand feedback clearly to the team
- Getting minor script changes done as per client feedback
- Coordinating video edits / revisions requested by brands
- Ensuring all brand changes are implemented correctly & on time
- Tracking deliverables until final approval
Operations, Invoicing & Payments
- Preparing and sharing invoices with brands
- Coordinating payment timelines
- Regular payment follow-ups
- Maintaining basic deal & payment records
- Sharing post-campaign updates or performance summaries with brands
Who We're Looking For
- 12 years experience in BDE / Sponsorship / Influencer Marketing / Agency / Media
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken) mandatory
- Comfortable speaking with brands on calls and over email
- Good understanding of Instagram & YouTube content workflows
- Ability to coordinate smoothly with creative teams
- Organized, responsible & deadline-oriented
- Can handle pressure and multiple brand conversations
- Professional client-facing attitude
