Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spoken English Trainer based in New Delhi. The Spoken English Trainer will plan and deliver interactive spoken English sessions focused on pronunciation, fluency, grammar, and vocabulary tailored to aviation and hospitality contexts. Daily responsibilities include designing lesson plans, conducting classroom activities, role plays, and group discussions, and evaluating learners progress through assessments and feedback. The trainer will also create and update teaching materials, maintain learner records, and collaborate with other faculty to align communication training with overall course objectives. In addition, the role involves mentoring students on professional communication, interview preparation, and customer interaction skills relevant to airline and hospitality careers.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and Teaching, with the ability to facilitate engaging spoken English sessions.
• Background in Education and curriculum delivery, with experience tailoring lessons to different proficiency levels.
• Ability to use Writing skills to develop, adapt, and refine lesson plans, worksheets, and assessment materials.
• Excellent verbal communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Communication, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience training learners in spoken English, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or customer service domains.
• Comfort using audio-visual tools and modern teaching aids to enhance learner engagement.
• Commitment to an inclusive, respectful learning environment and the ability to work with learners from diverse backgrounds.
