Job Description

Percent of Time

Translate Business Requirements into Well-Architected Solutions
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the SAP SPM platform and products through configuration whenever possible.
Design, Prototype, Build, Document, and Support Solutions
Design, prototype, build, document, and support solutions for the SAP SPM to meet business needs, including customizations and integrations.
Design and Develop Workflow Solutions
Design and develop Workflow solutions to increase productivity, usability, and adoption.
Write Clean and Efficient Code
Write clean and efficient code.
Create and Maintain Detailed Technical Documentation
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for design specifications.
Perform Code Review for Peers
Perform code review for peers.
Participate in Development Workstreams
Participate in development workstreams, from design through testing and deployment.
Accurately Estimate Work Effort
Accurately estimate work effort and set a realistic schedule for development.
Perform or Assist in Functional Testing
Perform or assist in the execution of functional testing.
Maintain Effective Business Relations and Rapport
Maintain effective business relations and rapportdelivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report problems and delays.
Post-Delivery Activities
Post-delivery: Perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities to relevant teams.

Commercial cross-functional team that includes, but is not limited to:

Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience with SAP SPM platform (CallidusCloud/SAP Commissions), which should include Territory & Quota, Workflow, Dashboards, and Commissions.

Extensive experience in Compensation Plan/Rules configuration.
Strong knowledge of database design and software development lifecycle.
Strong working experience on Agile methodology and DevOps framework.
At least one end-to-end implementation experience.
Ability to understand declarative limits of the platform and knowledge of where and how code should be developed.
Strong working knowledge of PL/SQL, HANA SQL.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor.
Comfortable with modern software development lifecycle best practices including iterative and incremental development, delivering working software frequently with attention to technical excellence.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Deep understanding of the SAP SPM platform.
Knowledge of SAP SPM Workflow.
Knowledge of SAP SPM API.
Knowledge of SAP SPM Territory Quota module.
Knowledge of SAP SPM Dashboards.
Knowledge of SAP SPM Embedded Analytics.
Knowledge of SAP SPM Database structure.
Knowledge of SAP SPM Integration (Informatica/SDI).
Strong customer focus with a high tolerance for ambiguity and requirement changes.
Strong problem-solving mindset to ensure creative thinking for potential solutions.
Demonstrable technical thought leadership.
