What we are looking for
Role: Splunk Observability Cloud Architect
Experience Range: 7 to 15 Years
Location:Chennai/Hyderabad/Pune
Must Have:
- Knowledge on Splunk Observability Cloud Architect
- Knowledge on Splunk Alert Configuration
- Define best practices for Splunk deployment, configuration, and administration to help Application Support Team to reduce major incidents, improve MTTR and enhance application monitoring.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to gather requirement and give them Splunk Observability Cloud solutions.
- Good understanding of cloud services, database and operating systems.
- Experience in integrating tools like ServiceNow, Jenkins, AWS etc. with Splunk Observability Cloud.
Good to Have:
- Act as Technical/Solution Expert for Splunk Observability Cloud.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred to have certification in Splunk (e.g., Splunk Certified Architect, Splunk Cloud Certified Admin, Splunk Core Certified Power User).
