Job Description

Design, develop, and implement Splunk applications, dashboards, and reporting solutions for IT Service Management (ITSM) and operational monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Splunk-based solutions.
Develop and maintain SPL (Search Processing Language) queries and scripts to automate workflows, reporting, and operational tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Splunk indexing, search performance, data ingestion, and system integration.
Build and manage data ingestion pipelines using REST APIs, web services, and enterprise data sources.
Ensure adherence to IT service management frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT, along with SIEM best practices.
Optimize Splunk dashboards, queries, and system performance for efficiency and scalability.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members on Splunk development and best practices.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate monitoring, reporting, and visualization of IT and security data.
