Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and configure custom dashboards and charts using Chart Builder.
Design and implement SignalFlow detectors including composite alerts and SLO burn-rate alerts.
Configure APM capabilities such as Business Workflows and AlwaysOn Profiling.
Develop and maintain synthetic monitoring solutions including browser-based and API-based tests.
Recreate and optimize dashboards aligned with target-state standards.
Collaborate on alert migration, tuning, and validation processes.
Enable log-trace correlation for improved observability.
Troubleshoot ingestion issues and address observability gaps.
Work with teams to implement reusable monitoring patterns and standards.
