Install and configure network equipment (e.g., modems, routers, ONTs) at customer premises.
Ensure timely activation of new services and troubleshoot any connectivity issues.
Educate customers on the use of services and equipment.
Conduct regular maintenance checks on network elements to ensure optimal performance.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of network infrastructure and configurations.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
