Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Spinning Technician. The Spinning Technician will be responsible for monitoring and operating air-jet spinning machinery, ensuring optimal production efficiency, and maintaining high-quality output.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor spinning machines (Ring Frame, Speed Frame, Carding, Draw Frame, Comber, etc.).

Carry out routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs of machines.

Identify machine defects, operational issues, and rectify them promptly.

Ensure correct machine settings as per yarn count and production requirement.

Maintain optimum production levels by reducing downtime.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Textile Technology / Mechanical / Equivalent.
• 15 years of experience in spinning mills preferred.
• Freshers with technical training may also be considered.
