Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spine and Orthopedic Physiotherapist located in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing patients with spine and orthopedic conditions, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, performing therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, educating patients about rehabilitation techniques, and monitoring progress to ensure optimal recovery. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care is also a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in assessing and diagnosing musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions
• Strong skills in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and spine care techniques
• Effective communication, patient education, and counseling skills
• Ability to create personalized treatment plans tailored to patients needs
• Knowledge of rehabilitation methodologies, injury prevention, and recovery monitoring
• A degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) with a specialization in Orthopedics or Spine-related care
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
