Role : Spend Management Analyst

Responsibilities
Strategic Spend Reporting
- Develop and drive the business wide spend governance framework to validate alignment with the organizational cost objectives, governance requirements and strategic priorities across all the business units.
- Provide strategic overview of business utilization forecasts and spend controls, proactively identify risks, deviations and opportunities to enable timely leadership decisions
Advanced Analytics and Trend Analysis
- Design, build and own a robust spend analytics and reporting platform using tools such as power BI or equivalent, delivering intuitive dashboards and management insights across budget, forecast and actuals.
- Leverage advanced analytics, trend and variance analysis to identify cost drivers, emerging risks and optimization opportunities translating data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Executive & Board Presentations
- Consolidate and validate information from multiple stakeholders and systems. Synthesize complex data into a single coherent executive narrative suitable for senior leadership forums.
- Build board and executive level presentations for new / renewal of contracts providing a comprehensive and decision-ready view covering budget impact, governance alignment, risk assessment, trade-offs, mitigation plans, product/service scope and exit strategy.
Industrialisation & Process Ownership
- Drive the industrialization and automation of data consolidation and executive presentation generation by leveraging analytics platforms and reporting tools, reducing manual effort while improving accuracy, consistency, and turn-around time.
- Collaborate with global counterparts, study the current systems and processes; formalize the procedures and operational model through SOPs, and documentation to guide the team for implementation of the designed framework
- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership and continuous improvement
Governance committee orchestration
- Partner closely with TPRM, IT security and other functions to uphold governance .
- End to end committee governance including action follow-up and closure
Strategy, Governance & Executive reporting
- Creation of global supplier intelligence and development of management-ready strategic insights
- Responsive executive reporting and delivery of on-demand management insights
- Stewardship of centralized governance repository enabling decision history, trend analysis and future planning
Global stakeholder engagement
- Proven experience and exposure to managing international stakeholders effectively involving high-stake negotiations to achieve business objectives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to global leaders and businesses ensuring alignment across geographies and functions
- Influence strategic IT sourcing decisions at a global level through data-driven insights and domain expertise
