Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Therapist located in Kochi. The Speech Therapist will conduct assessments and provide therapy for individuals experiencing communication, language, and speech disorders. They will develop personalized treatment plans, collaborate with families and other professionals, monitor progress, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. The role focuses on improving the quality of life for individuals by addressing their speech and communication challenges.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Speech Therapy techniques and a solid understanding of speech and language development
- Knowledge and experience in diagnosing and treating Dysphagia
- Proficiency in managing and addressing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with families and other professionals
- Relevant degree or certification in Speech-Language Pathology or related fields
- Experience working with children and adults with communication or language challenges is preferred
- Commitment to providing compassionate and tailored care to diverse populations
