Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Speech Therapist role located in Hyderabad. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to children with speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include creating and implementing personalized therapy plans, monitoring progress, collaborating with parents and teachers, and maintaining detailed documentation of sessions and outcomes. The role also involves participating in educational and training programs to enhance therapeutic techniques and ensuring alignment with KLAY's holistic development approach.
Qualifications
- MA in ASLP, with a valid RCI liscence.
- 3-5 Years experience Administering Speech therapy sessions.
- Proficiency in speech therapy techniques, assessment tools, and care planning
- Competence in child development, early intervention strategies, and therapeutic methodologies
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills to work effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle documentation and session planning
- Relevant certifications or degrees in Speech Therapy, Speech Pathology, or similar fields
- Prior experience in working with children in educational or healthcare settings is preferred
- A positive, patient, and understanding demeanor, with a passion for supporting children's growth
- Knowledge of additional languages and diverse cultural sensitivities is a plus.
