Job Title: Speech Therapist – At-Home Therapy

We focus on delivering personalized interventions for children with developmental or special needs, helping them build life, social, and learning skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist with training in PROMPT therapy to deliver in-home therapy sessions for children with developmental challenges, including autism, ADHD, and other special needs. The therapist will implement individualized programs and guide parents to reinforce therapy goals at home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one PROMPT-based speech therapy sessions in the client's home
• Conduct assessments and design individualized therapy plans
• Develop engaging, age-appropriate activities to support communication and language development
• Maintain accurate session notes and provide regular updates to the Carely team
• Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child's care, when required
• Guide and support families in continuing therapy techniques at home

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Formal training or certification in PROMPT therapy
• Experience working with children with developmental or special needs.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in home environments

Compensation:

• Per-session rate (to be discussed based on experience and availability)
• Payments made by Carely directly

Other Details:

• Session frequency and schedule will be discussed at the time of assignment
• All sessions will be coordinated through Carely
• This is a freelance/contract role with no fixed monthly hours
