Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Therapist, located in Bengaluru.

Conducting speech language assessments of children and making a therapeutic plan.

Identify treatment options and developing speech/language rehabilitation programs.

Create and carry out an individualized treatment plan

Teach alternative communication methods (AAC, AI based intervention)

Educating caregivers and family members of children on follow up care.

Evaluating results and progress of speech language therapy on children.

Maintaining professional knowledge and technical progress in order to provide children with the best therapeutic program

available.

Writing reports and documenting the progress of the therapeutic plan of the child.

Developing creative and effective therapy activity materials

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Speech Therapy and expertise in treating Speech and Communication Disorders
  • Experience managing and addressing issues related to Dysphagia and Language Disorders
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, young adults, families, and educators
  • Ability to design individualized treatment plans according to each individual's unique needs
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field is preferred
  • Relevant licenses or certifications as required by local regulations
  • Previous work experience with individuals with diverse needs is an advantage
  • Compassion and patience to work closely with individuals with various challenges
