Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized therapy plans, and providing speech and language interventions for children and young individuals. The role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and maintaining accurate documentation of progress. Additionally, the Speech Language Pathologist will engage with families to support the implementation of therapeutic strategies and offer guidance to ensure holistic development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and addressing Speech-related challenges
• Experience with identifying and managing Communication and Language Disorders
• Knowledge of Dysphagia and related therapies
• Strong understanding of child development and treatment of Communication Disorders
• Relevant certification or licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and families
• Experience in pediatric care or working with children with developmental needs is a plus
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
