Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Speech Language Pathologist. The role involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and providing direct intervention for individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. The Speech Language Pathologist will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor progress, guide caregivers, and support the overall development of clients in alignment with their unique needs.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Speech Therapy and addressing Speech challenges
  • Experience working with Dysphagia and other swallowing disorders
  • Skilled in identifying and treating Communication Disorders
  • Expertise in managing and developing interventions for Language Disorders
  • Strong clinical and observational skills for individual assessments
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals in a multidisciplinary setting
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field, with relevant certifications
  • Experience working with children and familiarity with pediatric developmental needs is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
