Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Hyderabad. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across age groups. Daily responsibilities include conducting standardized and informal assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring progress, and adjusting interventions as needed. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with caregivers and other professionals, provide education and home programs, and participate in team meetings and case reviews to ensure high-quality, ethical care.

Qualifications

• Clinical expertise in Speech Therapy and assessment of Speech-related concerns.
• Experience treating Dysphagia and providing swallow therapy interventions.
• Knowledge and skills in managing Communication Disorders across age groups.
• Ability to assess and treat Language Disorders using evidence-based approaches.
• Master's or equivalent degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Relevant professional licensure or certification as required by local regulations.
• Strong client-centered communication skills and ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage a full-time caseload on site in Hyderabad.
• Prior experience in medical, school, or private practice settings is an advantage.
