Speech Language Pathologist

Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders in an on-site clinical setting in Bengaluru. This full-time role involves conducting detailed evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and regularly monitoring progress. The pathologist will deliver one-on-one and small-group therapy sessions, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and collaborate with families and caregivers to support carryover of strategies at home and school. The role also includes working with other healthcare and educational professionals, participating in case discussions, and contributing to community awareness and education about communication disorders.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in Speech Therapy, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Knowledge and experience in managing Speech and Language Disorders across pediatric and adult populations.
• Competence in assessing and treating Dysphagia and related swallowing difficulties.
• Expertise in Communication Disorders, including articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic language challenges.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology from a recognized institution.
• Relevant professional licensure or registration as required by local regulations.
• Ability to maintain detailed clinical records and use basic digital tools for documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and counseling skills to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with current therapeutic approaches.
