Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Coimbatore. The role involves assessing and diagnosing speech, communication, language, and swallowing disorders in children. The professional will create and implement individualized therapy plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support children's developmental needs. The role also requires engaging with caregivers and providing them with guidance to aid in the child's progress.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy, focusing on addressing various speech and communication needs.
• Strong understanding of Communication Disorders and Language Disorders, with a proven ability to create targeted interventions.
• Experience in managing and treating Dysphagia in children.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with children, parents, and team members.
• Relevant certifications or licensure in Speech Language Pathology.
• Previous experience working with neurodiverse children or in a pediatric therapy setting is a plus.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each child's unique needs.
