Speech and Language Therapist: Collaborative Practice

BabySteps Pediatric Development Centre, Pune

We're looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at BabySteps, a multidisciplinary pediatric development centre in Model Colony, Shivajinagar, serving children aged 0 to 18.

This is a flexible, case-based arrangement. You come in when sessions are scheduled, and your earnings are percentage-based on sessions conducted. No fixed salary, but no fixed obligations either. It works well for someone who values clinical autonomy and wants to grow alongside a practice rather than just fill a position.

You'll be part of a team that includes a pediatric physiotherapist, a child psychologist, an orthotist prosthetist, and a play therapist. Cases here are often complex and multidisciplinary, and our approach reflects that. You'll contribute to case discussions, collaborate on management plans, and work directly with families navigating communication, language, feeding, and developmental challenges.

We're looking for someone who:

•Has a postgraduate qualification in Speech and Language Pathology

•Has experience or a strong interest in working with children across speech, language, fluency, feeding, and AAC

•Is comfortable collaborating with therapists from other disciplines

•Communicates openly with families and the wider team

•Can commit for a minimum of 1 year
