Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Speech And Language Therapist for an on-site role in our Gurugram clinic. The therapist will work directly with children and adults to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include developing and implementing therapy plans, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and providing support to families to enhance communication skills and overall development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Speech Therapy and addressing Speech Disorders
- Experience in managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
- Knowledge or experience in Dysphagia management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications and a degree in Speech and Language Pathology or a related field
- Ability to work effectively with children, families, and other professionals
- Previous experience in dealing with neurodevelopmental disorders is an advantage
- Enthusiasm for working in a child-focused and impactful environment
