Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Speech and Language Therapist role based in Lucknow. The therapist will assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with multidisciplinary intervention goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, monitoring progress, documenting clinical findings, and updating reports and treatment plans. The role involves collaborating with psychologists, special educators, occupational therapists, and other team members, as well as guiding and counseling parents, teachers, and caregivers on strategies to support children at home and in educational settings. The therapist will also contribute to awareness initiatives, maintain ethical and evidence-based clinical practices, and participate in case discussions and professional development activities.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and the assessment and treatment of speech-related concerns.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in Communication Disorders and Language Disorders, including evaluation and intervention across age groups.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge and clinical experience in managing Dysphagia and related feeding or swallowing difficulties.
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology from a recognized institution, with relevant professional registration as required.
  • Experience working with children with developmental delays, disabilities, or neurodevelopmental conditions in clinical or educational settings.
  • Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, maintain clear documentation, and communicate effectively with families and caregivers.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice, cultural sensitivity, and continuous learning in speech and language therapy.
