This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech and Language Therapist based in Gurgaon. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, including dysphagia and other related conditions. The therapist will develop and implement personalized therapy plans, maintain detailed client records, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide a holistic approach to treatment. Active participation in training and staying updated on industry best practices are also integral responsibilities.

• Expertise in Speech Therapy techniques to support speech and related communication needs
• Knowledge of Dysphagia assessment and intervention strategies
• Proficiency in addressing and treating Communication and Language Disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients and teams
• Ability to craft and implement individualized therapy plans
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology or related field
• Certification or licensure as a Speech and Language Therapist
• Experience working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum is a plus
