Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech and Hearing Therapist based in Indore. The Speech and Hearing Therapist will assess and address speech, language, and hearing challenges in children. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, designing individualized therapy programs, implementing tailored interventions, and working closely with other professionals and caregivers to support developmental needs. The role also involves preparing progress reports and tracking improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy, Language Development Strategies, and Hearing Assessments
• Experience in designing and executing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and therapeutic interventions
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of clinical and standardized assessment tools for speech, language, and hearing disorders
• Empathy, patience, and dedication to supporting children with developmental delays or disabilities
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Speech Therapy, Audiology, or related field
• Relevant licenses or certifications in speech and hearing therapy are preferred
