Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Specification Manager/BDM. This role is key to developing and promoting specification packages to consultants and customers, ensuring our products are specified at the tender stage and incorporated in construction projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent field with relevant experience 5 to 8 years of experience in specification writing, sales support, or a technical role in construction chemicals, building materials, or related industries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical audiences and consultants.
• Construction site experience or exposure to on-ground project processes will be an advantage.
• Person should be open to travel for whole north region to support Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Write detailed and technically sound specification packages covering the full range of MC-Bauchemie products, including necessary drawings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, specifiers, and architects to promote our product specifications and ensure project approvals.
• Conduct technical presentations, seminars, and in-house training programs for sales teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor specifications and develop strategic responses to safeguard market position.
• Participate in relevant technical events, industry forums, and engineering college seminars to increase brand and product awareness.
• Maintain a comprehensive data bank of consultants and specification documents, regularly updating it to support business development activities.
