Role Description
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages and café menu items, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Day-to-day tasks include operating coffee equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- The role involves engaging with customers, answering questions about coffee and menu offerings, managing orders at the counter, and coordinating with the team for timely service.
- The barista will also assist with inventory checks, basic equipment care, and supporting small in-café events or activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess barista skills, including experience with espresso machines and specialty coffee preparation.
- Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming guest experience.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills for clear, respectful interactions with guests and team members (English a must, Hindi or Telugu a plus)
- Candidates should possess an understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
