Position Summary
The Knowledge Management Specialist will serve as a senior technical contributor within Trinity's KM Group, owning the design, development, and operationalization of enterprise knowledge platforms and AI-powered solutions. With 4-6 years of hands-on experience, this role bridges modern AI/ML engineering with deep Microsoft 365 and Power Platform expertise to drive intelligent knowledge workflows across the firm.
This position leads end-to-end delivery of solutions spanning SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, GenAI/LLM architectures, RAG pipelines, and Knowledge Graph implementations. The Specialist will work closely with senior stakeholders, translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, and act as a subject matter expert on emerging KM technologies, including Copilot, Viva, and multi-model AI orchestration.
Position Responsibilities
- AI & Knowledge Architecture
- Multi-LLM orchestration: Work across different model families; own model selection trade-offs covering capability, cost, and latency, and define fallback strategies and function-calling/tool-use patterns.
- RAG & agentic pipelines: Architect and ship production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge ingestion, and agentic reasoning pipelines that operate across enterprise systems, including SharePoint, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, and Confluence.
- Knowledge Graph design: Design and implement Knowledge Graph architectures to structure, connect, and enrich enterprise data assets.
- LLM-powered applications: Develop LLM-powered applications and agent workflows; establish best practices for AI architecture, scalability, and reliability.
- Prompt engineering: Leverage advanced prompt engineering techniques to enhance automation and efficiency across governance, reporting, and search workflows; translate business requirements into precise AI instructions and monitor model behaviour for factual grounding and accuracy.
- AI content strategy: Own the content strategy within assigned product areas, aligning AI-driven content development with product roadmaps; map user intent to precise content solutions and drive launches.
- SharePoint & Power Platform Development
- SharePoint architecture: Design, build, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, metadata columns, custom views, and SPFx web parts; configure role-based access, Entra ID/Azure AD permissions, and security policies.
- Power Apps & Power Automate: Develop intuitive Power Apps forms with validations and role-based access; build multi-level approval workflows, automated triggers, and escalation paths using Power Automate with Center of Excellence (CoE) practices.
- Stakeholder workshops: Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders to define approval levels, document types, metadata schemas, security requirements, and reporting needs; produce process flowcharts and Power Apps mockups.
- Testing & deployment: Perform unit testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); address feedback, resolve issues, and deploy to production with verified workflow execution; deliver end-user training on Power Apps, SharePoint, and approval processes.
- Ongoing support: Provide post-deployment support, including performance monitoring, UI customization, and continuous improvement of the firm's knowledge infrastructure.
- Analytics, Reporting & Governance
- Power BI reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive Power BI dashboards and analytics to support data-driven governance decisions and track KM KPIs.
- Technical documentation: Create and maintain system designs, API specifications, data-flow diagrams, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and architecture diagrams for all solutions developed.
- Governance & compliance: Maintain and optimize the firm's knowledge infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with information governance standards.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with IT, consulting, and operations teams to deliver integrated technical solutions; communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Position Requirements
Education: B.Tech / B.E. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
