Purpose of the Position
The Specialist is meant for someone who is an excellent multi-tasker and had projects handling experience. We are looking for a high-energy individual who is expert in creating and analyzing reports and presenting the critical information in a professional manner.
Principal Responsibilities
Compensation and Benefit System Management
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of total rewards programs, including compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefits packages
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the organization's total rewards offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of total rewards initiatives and projects
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including processing payroll, managing employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support the annual performance review process by providing data analysis and recommendations for merit increases and bonus payouts
- Prepare reports and presentations on total rewards metrics, trends, and program effectiveness for senior leadership
- Assist in the communication and education of total rewards programs to employees, including conducting training sessions and developing informational materials
- Stay informed about changes in legislation and market trends that may impact total rewards programs, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
- Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments related to total rewards as assigned by the Total Rewards Manager
MIS & Reports
- Keep track of metrics on a weekly/monthly basis for reporting to the management
- Create dashboards using Excel, trend analysis, and ad-hoc reports
- Generate and Publish BI / Excel reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) based on Management requirements
- Create Templates and reports based on requirements
- Extract reports from various digital Platforms, creating VBA/Macros
- Manage and delivery the reports with high accuracy and in a timely manner. Timely review of data maintenance and accuracy
C&B Daily Operation Management
Manage the daily C&B activities such as payroll process, merit increase, bonus, budget, promotion actions and benefits administration etc. to ensure compliance with C&B strategy and support company business needs and meet information security requirements.
Statutory Compliance
- Support team with various projects & initiatives including new legislation in employment law & updating relevant ER policies and practices
- Review and analyze compliance data; Prepare compliance reports as needed including governmental, internal, and audit compliance reporting
- Support on all the internal and external audits
Functional Competencies
- Advanced Knowledge in Excel formulas
- Good functional knowledge Of MS BI tool
- Good functional knowledge in VBA/Macros, Power Query
- Ability to normalize complex data
- Strong working knowledge of Workday
- Working knowledge of Statistic. (Additional Adv.)
- Experience of HRIS / Workday implementation (Additional Adv.)
