Experience

3+ experience Years with Nexthink and User Performance monitoring
Technical Skills
- Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft tools.
- Understanding of network infrastructure and its impact on desktop performance.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or project management methodologies.
Other Critical Requirements
Proven Functional experience in resolving a break fix scenario.
Software distribution
Experience with scripting languages
