Job Description

We are seeking a Specialist Technical Writer to join our dynamic team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for our products, ensuring that it is clear, accurate, and meets the needs of our users.

Responsibilities

  • Research and gather technical information from subject matter experts.
  • Create, edit, and maintain user manuals, product documentation, and online help systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product specifications and requirements.
  • Ensure that all documentation meets quality standards and is updated regularly.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise documentation suitable for various audiences.
  • Utilize documentation tools and software to create effective documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Microsoft Word.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and version control systems.
