You will be responsible for maintaining rigorous governance, managing third-party relationships, and driving process efficiency to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and high-standard recruitment delivery.Key Responsibilities1. PES Process & GovernanceSLA Management: Act as the primary owner for PES governance, ensuring all Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded.Third-Party Partnership: Partner closely with Reed (screening provider) to facilitate a smooth, end-to-end screening process.Tracking & Data Integrity: Maintain 100% accuracy in PES trackers, cross-referencing with CX3 systems to ensure real-time status updates.Reporting: Deliver weekly activity summaries to the Operations team, highlighting throughput and blockers.Stakeholder Coordination: Proactively chase Talent Advisors (TAs) or candidates directly to resolve bottlenecks and move the process forward.2. Meeting Leadership & CommunicationOperational Calls: Lead bi-weekly PES calls with Reed and TAs. This includes prepping the tracker in advance and conducting line-by-line candidate reviews.Efficiency & Strategy: Lead bi-weekly efficiency calls with Reed (involving senior leadership) and support the PES RPO Lead in monthly strategic alignment calls.Action Tracking: Capture and progress follow-up activities, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.3. Risk & Escalation ManagementIssue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day PES escalations and troubleshooting.Risk Mitigation: Flag, document, and manage PES risks, escalating critical issues to the TA or Recruitment Manager (RM) as necessary.4. Quality Assurance (QA) & Briefing CallsActive Auditing: Review 25-30 Briefing Call recordings per week via RSM to ensure strict adherence to the QA framework.Control Monitoring: Confirm key controls are followed and identify any gaps in the briefing process.QA Reporting: Collate RSM QA results weekly, sharing insights with RMs and Account Directors (ADs) to drive team performance improvements.Key Skills & RequirementsSkill CategoryExpected CompetenciesGovernance & CompliancePrior experience in QA, compliance, or process governance is highly preferred.Attention to DetailAbility to manage complex trackers and identify minute discrepancies in data or call quality.CommunicationStrong verbal and non-verbal skills comfortable leading calls with external partners and internal leadership.OrganizationHigh capacity for multitasking, managing high volumes of data, and meeting tight weekly deadlines.Technical ProficiencyComfortable utilizing multiple systems simultaneously (CX3, RSM, Excel) to maintain a single source of truth.Process AdherenceA disciplined approach to following established frameworks while identifying opportunities for efficiency.Is this the job for you We would love to hear from you!
