. Sources active and passive candidates by leveraging recruitment software, databases, social media or referrals within own professional network to find suitable talents operational roles
. Initiates regular market analysis to stay up-to-date with labour market trends and hiring practices
. Collaborates with clients to shortlisted successful candidates, manages the offer and candidate feedback process, while balancing the interests of both candidate and client
. Provides updated recruitment reports and candidate pipeline analysis to clients and internal management
