Specialist- solutions architect

Accelya is seeking a highly skilled Specialist - Solutions Architect to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business goals and technical strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, business analysts, and senior stakeholders to craft end-to-end architecture for complex systems across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable architecture solutions.
• Design end-to-end technical architectures across systems, platforms, and technologies, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Define solution blueprints, technical roadmaps, integration strategies, and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, etc.).
• Guide development teams during the implementation phase, ensuring alignment to the architecture and timely resolution of technical challenges.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms to meet business and technical needs.
• Conduct architecture reviews, gap analysis, and impact assessments for proposed changes or new initiatives.
• Ensure architecture compliance with regulatory and security standards.
• Work with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to optimize deployment architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud/on-prem environments.
• Mentor developers and junior architects to build architectural thinking within the team.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends; assess their relevance and potential impact on the organization.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record in designing solutions for enterprise-scale applications.

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in architectural patterns, cloud-native designs, APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid understanding of data modeling, integration, and security practices.
• Hands-on experience with modern development frameworks and tools (Java/.NET/Node.js, containers, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical discussions and influence decisions.
