Job Description SAP Callidus Compensation Systems Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for an associate with experience in Compensation and Producer systems who can support the transition from SAP Callidus to a new vendor application While the current system will be replaced familiarity with compensation processes and the producer domain is essential to ensure a smooth transition and quick adoption of the new platform

Target onboarding timeframe July August

Primary Skills

Experience with SAP Callidus or similar Compensation and Producer systems

Strong understanding of compensation processes and producerrelated workflows

Programming experience in Java or C

Ability to understand and work on product configurations

Support and monitor nightly batch processes

Proactively analyze and resolve batch failures or errors

Provide periodic and proactive status updates on batch health and issues

Secondary Skills

Working knowledge of GitLab and Rally

Experience with Oracle Database or any SQLbased database

Basic SQL querying and troubleshooting skills

Minimal Python knowledge for scripting or automation support

Good to Have

Exposure to SAFe framework

Understanding of basic Agile concepts

Some experience with rule configuration in enterprise applications
