The Opportunity
BETA is a self-clearing securities processing solution for wealth management firms. Built on years of expert knowledge and hands-on experience, BETA provides critical back-office controls including corporate action management, middle office exception management, and front office account management and trading tools for advisors.
We are seeking a Technical Lead Full Stack Development (Specialist) with hands-on development experience on B2B cloud-hosted web applications. In this role, you will primarily work with Angular 18+, Dot Net, Windows, AWS, NodeJs , SQL Server, DynamoDB and GitLab for repository and CI/CD . As a Technical Lead (Specialist), you will be responsible for architecting new features, developing features from scratch, refactoring existing code, reviewing code and design, enforcing secure coding practices, and overseeing developer architecture and code changes through to completion in a live production environment.
About The Team
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology Development , this role is part of a Scrum team for developing customer-facing web application s . This role necessitates meetings and requires heavy collaboration within and across teams that are spread a cross geography. Our business model is hybrid, working from our B angalore campus.
What You'll Do
- Architect and implement new features for our customers.
- Develop features from scratch and refactor existing code.
- Review code and design, ensuring secure coding practices.
- Oversee developer architecture, changes, and code reviews.
- Ensure changes are completed and deployed in a live production environment.
- Analyze user needs and build full-stack solutions in TypeScript (Angular).
- Design and create services and system architecture for projects.
- Improve applications and code quality through best practices, reviews, and scans.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions.
- Work with product and design teams to understand end-user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Ensure continued functionality of programs during maintenance and testing.
- Address client or consumer concerns and fix bugs.
- Document each aspect of systems or applications for future upgrades and maintenance.
- Tackle difficult problems and deliver results on schedule.
- Stay on top of tech trends, experiment withnew technologies, andparticipatein technology communities.
- Mentor other members of the engineering community.
Your Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- 7-10 years of professional, hands-on coding and software design experience.
- Experience leading and mentoring agile development teams.
- Proventrack recordof leading projects to completion on time.
- Experience with all phases of the software development life cycle and Agile software development.
- Solid software design knowledge to create extensible, reusable software that meets architecturalobjectivesand security assessments.

- REST API Microservices
- GitLab for code repository and CI/CD
- Cursor/ Claude
Preferred Qualifications
- Well-practiced in fully automated testing and usage of Jasmine/Karma.
- Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell.
