We are looking for a
high-impact Full Stack Java Developer with 4-7 years of experience to build and scale enterprise-grade applications. The role requires strong backend expertise with
Spring Boot, working knowledge of modern frontend frameworks, and experience in
cloud-native and microservices-based architectures.
You will work on
mission-critical platforms, collaborate with global teams, and leverage modern tools (including
AI-assisted development) to drive efficient and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and JPA/Hibernate
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
- Contribute to frontend development using Angular / React
- Develop applications deployed on Open Liberty / containerized environments
- Work with PostgreSQL / Oracle databases, including query optimization
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployments on AWS (ECS / EC2 / API Gateway)
- Implement API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI
- Participate in architecture and design discussions
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices
- Use AI-assisted tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate development while maintaining standards
- Troubleshoot production issues and support stability and scalability improvements
- Work in globally distributed Agile teams
Required Skills
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in:
- Java / J2EE
- Spring Boot / Spring Framework
- REST API development
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience with SQL / PL SQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and frontend frameworks (Angular/React)
- Experience with Git and modern branching strategies
- Familiarity with containerized deployments and cloud environments
- Understanding of secure coding practices
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Good To Have
- Experience with:
- Open Liberty / WebSphere
- AWS services (ECS, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch)
- Docker / Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Experience with:
- Swagger / OpenAPI documentation
- Observability tools (Grafana, ELK, Splunk)
- Familiarity with:
- Event-driven systems (Kafka / MQ)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field
- Certifications in Java / AWS / Cloud technologies (optional)
