Job Description
Qeleo Technolabs | Client: MyRegistry.com
About the RoleQeleo Technolabs is hiring an experienced SEO & AI Search Optimization specialist for our client, MyRegistry.com. You will join Qeleo Technolabs and work on the MyRegistry.com client engagement, owning the client's organic search and AI discovery strategy across traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms.
This is not a traditional content-focused SEO role. We are looking for someone who combines strong marketing instincts with deep technical expertise and can work directly with the development teams to ensure MyRegistry.com is properly crawled, indexed, understood, retrieved and surfaced across Google and other search engines, as well as AI platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and emerging AI search experiences.
This person will be responsible for both the front-end strategy and the technical/backend infrastructure required to maximize MyRegistry's visibility across the rapidly evolving search and AI ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Own MyRegistry.com's strategy across SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Ensure the site is properly crawled, rendered, indexed and understood by traditional search engines and relevant AI systems.
- Conduct ongoing technical audits covering crawlability, indexation, JavaScript/rendering, site architecture, internal linking, canonicals, redirects, sitemaps, robots directives, page speed/Core Web Vitals and structured data.
- Develop and maintain a clear technical SEO/AI Search playbook for our development team, translating strategy into specific engineering requirements and tickets.
- Partner directly with developers to oversee implementation, QA releases and validate that technical recommendations are functioning as intended.
- Develop and optimize schema/structured data and entity relationships to help search engines and AI systems understand MyRegistry, our products and our content.
- Identify technical barriers that may prevent content from being discovered, indexed, retrieved or cited.
- Optimize MyRegistry's content and information architecture for AI retrieval, answers, citations and recommendations, while maintaining strong traditional organic-search performance.
- Monitor MyRegistry's visibility across Google Search, AI Overviews/AI Mode and major AI assistants and answer engines.
- Own technical SEO tools and reporting, including platforms such as Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush and relevant AI-visibility platforms.
- Establish dashboards and KPIs covering crawl health, indexation, organic visibility, traffic, rankings, conversions, AI visibility/citations and technical site health.
- Stay ahead of changes in search engines, AI discovery, LLM-driven search and emerging standards, separating meaningful technical developments from industry hype.
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with significant technical SEO responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience improving crawlability, indexation, site architecture and organic-search performance on large or technically complex websites.
- Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript rendering, HTTP status codes, canonicalization, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, schema.org/JSON-LD and modern web architecture.
- Experience working directly with engineering/development teams and translating SEO requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Working knowledge of how AI search, answer engines and LLM-based discovery are changing organic visibility.
- Experience with AEO/GEO/AI visibility optimization and measuring brand/content presence within AI-generated answers.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect technical work to traffic, acquisition, conversion and business growth.
- Experience auditing and optimizing off-page entity signals, knowledge graph consistency, and third-party citation footprints across high-authority source networks used by LLMs for grounding
- Excellent communication and project-management skills.
- A proactive mindset - we want someone who finds opportunities and problems before being asked and owns them through implementation and measurement.
Success in this role means MyRegistry.com's technical foundation is best-in-class for both traditional and AI-driven search. Our important pages are consistently crawlable and indexable; technical issues are identified and resolved quickly; structured data and site architecture clearly communicate who we are and what we offer; and MyRegistry's visibility grows across both search engines and AI platforms.
Most importantly, this person will establish a measurable framework for answering:
- Can search engines and AI platforms find us
- Can they crawl us
- Can they understand us
- Can they retrieve and cite us
- Are those improvements driving measurable growth for MyRegistry
Looking for a candidate who understands the differences between crawlability, search indexation, LLM retrieval, grounding, citations, structured data, entity understanding and third-party authority. A developer playbook is a required deliverable for this position. The candidate should own the technical roadmap, write implementation requirements, QA the work, and prove that it worked.
