We are looking for a skilled SEO & Growth Optimization Specialist to strengthen our AI-first discovery and organic growth efforts. In this role, you will execute hands-on SEO, implement GEO/AEO strategies, and ensure our content is optimized for traditional search engines as well as AI-driven platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. You will run experiments, improve conversion journeys, and support the broader marketing strategy with data-backed insights. This is a full-time onsite role in Pune for candidates with 3+ years of experience in SEO, technical optimization, and performance-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Execution & Optimization (Hands-On)

Own day-to-day on-page and technical SEO

Optimize: o Page structure, headings, metadata, schema markup o Internal linking, crawlability, indexing, page performance

Conduct regular SEO audits and implement fixes independently

Ensure SEO efforts drive high-intent, conversion-ready traffic

2. GEO / AEO / AIO Implementation (AI-First Discovery)

Execute Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

Structure content to improve LLM understanding, trust, and citation Optimize for: o Conversational and voice queries o AI-generated summaries and answers

Support AIO (AI Index Optimization) initiatives across AI platforms

3. Marketing Strategy Support & Execution

Translate the marketing and growth strategy into clear execution plans

Contribute insights on:

o Channel prioritization

o Content themes

o Funnel and journey optimization

Identify gaps and propose data-backed growth opportunities

4. A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization

Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests across:

o Landing pages o CTAs and messaging

o Content formats

Define hypotheses, success metrics, and decision criteria

Continuously optimize:

o Conversion rates

o Engagement depth

o Lead quality

5. Analytics, Reporting & Insights

Track and analyse performance across SEO and AI discovery channels

Monitor metrics related to:

o Organic visibility and rankings

o GEO / AEO effectiveness

o Experiment outcomes

Share actionable insights with the Sr. Lead on a regular basis Tools & Platforms (Hands-On Experience Expected)

SEO & Research: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4) or equivalent

Technical SEO: Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, or equivalent

Experimentation & CRO: VWO, Google Optimize (or equivalent tools)

AI & AEO Research: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot (for intent and answer analysis)

Content & Collaboration: CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)

Required Skills & Experience

Min 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Growth, & Performance Marketing

Strong execution capability in:

o On-page and technical SEO

o Content optimization and structuring

Practical knowledge of GEO / AEO / AIO

Experience running A/B tests and optimization experiments

Exposure to B2B, tech, or cybersecurity marketing
