Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Sensor Fusion Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and contribute to the design, development, and integration of advanced ADAS and Autonomous Driving systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in multi-sensor data processing, perception algorithms, and automotive-grade software development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Design, develop, and optimize sensor fusion algorithms for ADAS and Autonomous Driving systems.
  • Work extensively with LiDAR, Camera, RADAR, and multi-sensor data to enable perception, localization, and environment understanding.
  • Develop and integrate image processing and point cloud data processing pipelines.
  • Perform sensor data analysis, validation, and calibration to ensure accuracy and robustness.
  • Lead activities related to sensor calibration, interfacing, and system integration.
  • Collaborate with system architects, perception engineers, and vehicle integration teams.
  • Build, simulate, and validate models using MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow.
  • Support software-in-the-loop (SiL), model-in-the-loop (MiL), and vehicle-in-the-loop (ViL) testing.
  • Contribute to algorithm performance tuning using simulation platforms such as CarMaker and CARLA.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the Sensor Fusion and ADAS teams.

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS: In this role, you will be successful, if you have:

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Automotive Domain software development
  • Strong focus on ADAS and Autonomous Vehicle systems
  • Proficient in Image processing using LiDAR and Camera data, and Machine Learning domains.
  • Worked with Multisense Cameras, Sick and Velodyne LiDARs and RADARs.
  • Experience in ROS and Matlab Simulink models.
  • Hands-on experience across the full development lifecyclefrom algorithm design to vehicle integration
  • Experience working with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers is highly desirable
