Specialist - SAP-SAP PI/PO

Job Description

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a Specialist in SAP PI/PO/CPI to join our S4 HANA Technical – Delivery department. The role involves creating robust integration architectures, developing and monitoring interfaces, and providing end‑to‑end support for seamless data exchange between SAP and external applications. You will work closely with functional, basis, and infrastructure teams to ensure high‑quality, scalable integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end integration scenarios using SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, and related adapters.
• Develop interfaces, mappings, and integration flows (iFlows) following best practices.
• Configure and maintain communication channels, receiver and sender agreements.
• Perform unit, integration, and performance testing of integration objects.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve runtime issues using SAP Solution Manager and other tools.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and continuous improvement for existing integrations.
• Collaborate with functional, basis, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Create technical documentation, design specifications, and knowledge‑transfer materials.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and roadmap for SAP integration landscape.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience with SAP PI/PO and/or SAP CPI.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and non‑SAP system integration.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XSD, and SAP Adapter Framework.
• Experience with SAP Process Integration (PI) Message Mapping and Integration Repository.
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, and RFC protocols.
• Ability to use SAP Solution Manager for monitoring and alerting.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• SAP PI/PO or CPI certification is a plus.
