Job Description
The Specialist - SAP Project Management role is a critical position within the SAP PM Competency - Delivery department. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, guiding our clients through SAP transformations. Your expertise will drive successful implementations, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Conduct regular project reviews and progress assessments, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and requirements.
- Provide effective project leadership, motivating and guiding the project team towards common goals.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, providing transparent updates.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in SAP project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in SAP project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience in managing complex, large-scale SAP projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as required for project engagements.
- Certifications in SAP project management or related fields are preferred.

- Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.
