Job Description: Senior IT Sales Recruiter (Global Markets)

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior IT Sales Recruiter with deep expertise in hiring for global technology sales roles across regions such as North America, Europe, Middle East, and APAC. This role requires a strategic talent partner with strong commercial acumen, the ability to understand diverse markets, and a proven track record of hiring high-performing enterprise sales talent.

You will own end-to-end hiring for mid to senior-level positionssuch as Enterprise Account Executives, Global Sales Managers, Customer Success Leaders, Pre-Sales Consultants, Channel/Alliances roles, and Sales Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Global Talent Strategy & Delivery

  • Design and execute recruitment strategies for global IT Sales roles across multiple geographies.
  • Build talent pipelines for niche segments such as SaaS sales, cloud/infra sales, enterprise technology solutions, cybersecurity sales, and digital transformation portfolios.
  • Source senior sales professionals using advanced sourcing methods, competitive intelligence, and global market mapping.
  • Evaluate candidates on quota attainment, deal cycle, territory management, vertical expertise, and strategic selling experience.

Stakeholder & Leadership Partnership

  • Act as a strategic TA advisor to senior leadership, including Sales Directors, Global Sales Heads, and Business Unit leaders.
  • Lead intake discussions, calibrations, and hiring strategy meetings with leaders across global regions.
  • Influence hiring decisions with data-backed insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and global competitive landscape.

Process Ownership & Excellence

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and global roles with minimal oversight.
  • Drive structured interview processes, ensuring competency-based evaluation and alignment with sales excellence standards.
  • Create and maintain dashboards showing funnel metrics, hiring velocity, global talent insights, and diversity metrics.

Market Intelligence & Employer Branding

  • Conduct global market research on sales talent trends, competitor hiring, compensation patterns, and regional nuances.
  • Partner with branding teams to promote employer value proposition across target global sales markets.
  • Build long-term relationships with senior sales talent and maintain a high-touch candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

  • 612+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 4+ years exclusively hiring IT/Technology Sales roles.
  • Proven track record of hiring for global regionspreferably US, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Experience recruiting for senior or leadership sales positions (e.g., Enterprise AE, RVP Sales, Head of Sales, Sales Engineering Lead).

Technical & Functional Expertise

  • Deep understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems (SaaS, Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, Digital Engineering, IT Services).
  • Ability to assess candidates on strategic selling, enterprise sales motions, quota carrying responsibilities, and high-value deal closures.
  • Proficiency with global sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter Naukri, regional portals) and ATS tools.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities across diverse cultural and compensation structures.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to produce insights-driven hiring recommendations.
  • High ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring in high-growth tech environments (SaaS, product, hyperscalers, IT services).
  • Exposure to diversity hiring initiatives across global regions.
  • Certifications in recruitment, talent strategy, or global HR practices are a plus.
