Job Discerption:
We are looking for a Specialist – Risk Analytics to join our Risk team in Bengaluru. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with up to 3 years of experience who enjoys working at the intersection of Credit Risk and Data Analytics.
What you'll work on:
- Monitor portfolio health, identify emerging risks and generate actionable risk insights.
- Conduct portfolio analytics and contribute to risk reporting and monitoring frameworks.
- Work closely with Risk, Credit, Product, IT and Operations teams to implement risk frameworks and solutions.
- Contribute to regulatory/risk reporting and continuously explore applications of data science, technology and AI in risk management.
- Track scorecard/model performance through key metrics and portfolio trends.
- Support development and implementation of application & behavioural scorecards.
What we're looking for:
- 0–3 years of experience in Risk Analytics, Credit Risk, Data Analytics, Banking/NBFC or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on coding experience in Python and/or SQL.
- Good understanding of data analysis, statistics and financial/credit concepts.
- Added advantage: Tableau, FRM/CFA certification, or a Master's/PG qualification in Data Science/Analytics.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
