Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform detailed compensation and benefits analysis for Corporate and Hotel populations across EAPAC, leveraging internal and external data to support competitive, fair and cost‑effective reward decisions. This includes preparing total cost to company calculations, scenario modelling and cost and impact analysis to inform business and hotel leadership decision making.
  • Support the end‑to‑end delivery of annual merit review and bonus processes for Corporate employees and Hotel General Managers, including system UAT testing, data validation and governance checks, analytics and reporting, and support of approval and sign‑off processes.
  • Undertake job evaluation, job matching and market pricing activities for corporate and hotel roles, ensuring roles are appropriately benchmarked and positioned within market ranges. Provide guidance to hotel HR and leaders on job pricing outcomes and pay positioning.
  • Prepare and deliver compensation‑related reports, insights and presentation materials for stakeholders, translating complex reward data into clear, practical insights to support informed reward and workforce decisions.
  • Assist in the design, administration and communication of employee benefit programs for Corporate and Hotel populations, including supporting renewals, enhancements and the implementation of new reward or benefit initiatives. Partner with vendors and brokers to resolve issues, ensure effective program delivery and maintain data and process integrity.
  • Support employees and managers on reward‑related queries, providing clear guidance consistent with IHG's reward principles and governance.
  • Participate in global and regional Reward projects and initiatives,

Key Skills & Experiences

  • Minimum of two to four years experience working in a HR (essential) or reward (desirable) analyst role in a multinational organisation or HR consultancy practice.
  • Analytical mindset and aptitude for problem-solving - actively uses data to form insights and make recommendations   
  • Demonstrated knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices, basic understanding of tax and social security.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, capable of analysing and presenting data accurately and efficiently. 
  • Experience in working with HR (essential) and compensation (desirable) systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy for both numerical and written work, effective verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Organised, delivery orientated and self-motivated.
