Senior Analyst QA Engineer Synthetic Data Risk Policy AI Integration
Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to serve as the embedded risk and data storytelling partner for our AI Ready Data Trusted Governance and Simulation Hub Programs This role is accountable for ensuring that data risks client consent and PII risk controls are designed implemented and maintained across synthetic data platforms AI agents and generated datasets
The role operates at the intersection of risk policy AI systems and data engineering translating regulatory and risk requirements into practical scalable technical controls The successful candidate will act as a risk steward policy interpreter and AIdata integrator within a fastmoving internal data risk technology team
This role reports jointly to the Data Risk Lead and the Simulation Hub Lead
Key Responsibilities
Risk Control Ownership
Design and embed risk based data controls I controls into synthetic data generation pipelines and AIenabled assets
Ensure synthetic datasets meet internal risk standards and regulatory expectations including appropriate documentation and auditability
Assess and manage residual risk across synthetic data use cases models and downstream consumption
Risk Policy AI Enablement
Translate risk policies and regulatory requirements into actionable technical and operational controls
Partner with engineers and data scientists to integrate risk requirements into AI agents workflows and tooling
Support governance design for synthetic data lifecycle management including access retention and usage constraints
Data Storytelling Stakeholder Engagement
Clearly articulate risk posture tradeoffs and control effectiveness to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Develop concise risk narratives to support decisionmaking approvals and senior leadership updates
Act as a bridge between data risk legalprivacy and engineering teams
Integration Oversight
Collaborate with product engineering and platform teams to ensure riskbydesign principles are embedded early
Support reviews testing and validation of synthetic datasets and AIdriven capabilities
Contribute to continuous improvement of synthetic data risk frameworks and operating models
Required Experience Skills
Experience in data risk privacy AI governance or analytics risk management within a regulated or large enterprise environment
Strong understanding of privacy by design including data mapping access controls and privacy impact assessments Experience implementing risk based frameworks based on legislation change or organizational demand
Ability to translate policy and regulatory requirements into technical controls and system designs
Working knowledge of AIML systems data pipelines andor synthetic data conceptspatterns handson coding experience ideal but not required
Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to tell clear credible risk stories
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to synthetic data generation AI agents or advanced analytics platforms
Experience operating in matrixed environments with dual reporting lines
Familiarity with enterprise risk frameworks model risk management or privacybydesign principles
