Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Specialist – People Relations in Mumbai. This role is crucial for an experienced HR professional to enhance People Relations, employee experience, and engagement throughout the region. It serves as a key partnership with business leaders to foster a high-trust, compliant, and employee-centric workplace.
What You'll Do:
- Drive employee experience, engagement, and wellness initiatives.
- Partner with employees to strengthen people relations.
- Ensure compliance, policy governance, and audit readiness.
- Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exits.
- Lead regional HR programs and operational excellence initiatives.
- Act as a key touchpoint for employee connect and issue resolution.
What We're Looking For:
- 7–12 years of experience in People Relations, HR Operations, or Employee Experience.
- Any Graduate + MBA (HR)
- Strong exposure to engagement, lifecycle, and compliance.
- Experience managing multi-location stakeholders.
- Proven ability in driving process improvements.
