What this job involves: Working closely with Quality and Operational Leadership to establish a structured Quality management framework for JBS Operations Globally. The role holder will be responsible for working closely with the Quality director / Quality managers to help gather, analyse quality data and metrics, and assist in developing and deploying tactical solutions / changes in operations to capture quality metrics, cost of quality and other key components of the quality framework.

The role holder will be responsible for assisting in development and maintenance of the quality tools, including audit forms, customer complaint logs, input quality tracker and quality management system to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Collaborate with the technology team to develop and implement automation solutions for transaction processes.
  • Work with Quality managers to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance transaction processes and minimize errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality control measures and monitor compliance.
  • Collaborate with automation developers to implement and test automated workflows.
  • Work with Quality leaders to develop and implement quality assurance and quality control strategies, policies, and procedures to drive operational excellence and elevate stakeholder and client satisfaction.
  • Analyse data and identify trends to drive decision-making and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transaction quality.
  • Propose and implement process enhancements to enhance efficiency while maintaining accuracy standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to quality management in the Real Estate Industry and the processes supported by JBS.
