Description: As a Specialist Product Program Management, you'll enables Product and Content teams by coordinating workflows, managing operational processes, and driving efficiency across a fastpaced organisation. This role aligns to industry level titles such as Product Operations Lead, Product Delivery Lead, Product Strategy & Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join the Product Operations team at ELL. This team plays a critical role in enabling the effectiveness and efficiency of our Product organisation. The successful candidate will support Product Managers and Content Managers by coordinating operational activities, managing workflows, and ensuring key processes run smoothly.

This role requires close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders across the business and demands a strong customer focus, commercial awareness, and a results-driven mindset. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, bringing structure to complexity, and driving tasks through to completion.

This is a broad, hands-on role suited to someone with excellent stakeholder management skills, strong organisational capability, and the confidence to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track, create, manage, and close Project IDs in line with governance requirements
  • Raise and manage Purchase Orders on behalf of the Product and Content teams
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to support the onboarding of new suppliers
  • Create, maintain, and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports required by Product teams
  • Respond to and manage ad-hoc operational requests and queries from Product stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate workstreams and improve operational efficiency
  • Support the continuous improvement of Product Operations processes and ways of working
